Roost is a passionate group of individuals that really love houses. We love the technical challenge of building for a climate that has a 75-degree temperature range. We bring the artistic vision and craftsmanship needed to give a building beauty and soul. We love the relationships that we build with our customers as we work with them figuring out exactly what they need to make their house a home.
Jaron
Jaron has the ability to walk into a space and come up with a staggering number of possibilities as to how it could be reimagined. He loves the interplay of everyday life with great design.

Jon is in charge of organizing and inspiring jobsite production. He takes the word efficiency to a new level.
Myron
Myron is the first point of contact for most of our customers. He loves meeting new people and listening to what they envision for their homes.
Aaron
Aaron is the consummate renaissance man. Carpentry, music, home brew. He does it all annoyingly well.
Josiah
Carpenter by day, chorister by night. If you need some fine finish carpentry or a Schenkerian analysis of whatever aria is on the
radio—Joe’s your man!

Jeff has a love of old houses and the character they hold.
He brings his artist’s eye to every project on which he works.
Jotham
Jotham was the winner of the 2017 “Best New Carpenter” competition at Red River College. He probably has other interests, but none of them are quite as interesting to him as carpentry.
