Hiring: Lead Hand
The Lead Hand assists the Site Lead in overseeing the building process, works closely with the team onsite, facilitates sub trades, performs inspections, maintains quality, and ensures safety procedures are being followed throughout the job site.
Roost is looking for someone who:

- has significant renovation and/or new construction experience and a desire to continue honing their craft.
Initial Budget/Pre-construction Proposal
The document outlines the work that Roost will carry out to explore potential design solutions, ideas and elements for your project. This part of your project and associated fees include everything from preliminary modelling/drawings/sketches up to the preparation and completion of 30% Construction Drawings - marking the end of the Pre-design Stage of your Project. The second project Stage is “Construction”.
The Lead Hand assists the Site Lead in overseeing the building process, works closely with the team onsite, facilitates sub trades, performs inspections, maintains quality, and ensures safety procedures are being followed throughout the job site.
Roost is looking for a lead hand with:
- Highly skilled lead hand with at least 3 years of construction/renovation experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience or interest in energy-efficient building technology and techniques
- Competitive compensation
