We are looking for a Project Planner!

Role Description

The Project Planner provides pre-construction planning and design services to clients, and works with Roost’s Project Manager to create a detailed scope of work and budget for clients as part of the cost planning services provided by Roost Custom Builders ltd.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent people skills and highly organized

  • design degree or certificate and at least 2 years related work experience

  • A valid driver’s license

  • experience or interest in energy efficient building technology and techniques

  • experience or interest in sourcing low carbon products

Role Description

The Lead Hand assists the Site Lead in overseeing the building process, works closely with the team onsite, facilitates sub trades, performs inspections, maintains quality, and ensures safety procedures are being followed throughout the job site.

Skills and Requirements

  • Highly skilled lead hand with at least 3 years of construction/renovation experience

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Experience or interest in energy-efficient building technology and techniques
